Abstract
The organization of heavyweight trains forming used to increase the throughput and carrying capacity of destinations, reducing train delays during providing "windows" for repair and construction work, as well as upgrading the contact network, eliminating the consequences of natural disasters, traffic accidents and other emergencies. The formation of heavyweight trains helps to reduce the number of trains and also allows increasing the throughput and carrying capacity of the directions. This increases the productivity of locomotives, but also increases the time that such trains spend at stations. Authors made the calculation of the available and required throughput capacity of the Altaiskaya-Vhodnaya destination, the analysis of the destination capacity filling. It was concluded that there was a significant reduction in the capacity of the section when double trains followed and a slight increase in the carrying capacity.

Abstract
The article present results of areas technological efficiency research application method passing connected and heavy freight trains on the conditional railway station-to-station block. It is established that same method may employed only at term that station-to-station block traffic capacity index exceed standard value. Otherwise, it is reasonable to apply method passing conventional freight trains. For technological efficiency identification introduced calculation such indicators as available traffic and line carrying capacities. Variable data are at conventional and connected (heavy freight) trains weights ratio and interval ratio. Optimality test condition: under connected and heavy freight trains part increasing carrying capacity is going up (this fixed combination intervals between conventional and connected trains and weights ratio). Results are presented by nomograms of carrying capacity dependence from combination intervals between conventional and connected (heavy freight) trains for different part of conventional and connected (heavy freight) trains in traffic freight trains. Nomograms allow you to determine balance point notably such combination intervals between conventional and connected (heavy freight) trains above which passing of connected (heavy freight) trains technological are not reasonable. In addition, the research determines the impact of passenger traffic on the technological efficiency of application method passing connected (heavy freight) trains. The application of this method enabled to evaluate possibility of the increasing traffic development, including the conditions of the high-speed passenger traffic organization and in period of providing technological infrastructure break at the expense of application technology passing connected and heavy freight trains.

Abstract
The situation with work accidents on the railway transport causes a set of questions. Some of them are colligated with effectiveness of capital’s investment to protective measures. A personnel security is one of the most important and priority tasks of the company. But known mechanisms don’t fully contribute to its provision. The analysis revealed that more negative situation with work accidents develops in power supply establishment. It also revealed that a worker is a guilty person of a traumatic event in most situations because he infringes requirements of standards, regulations and specifications. There is an effort to find a solution of the problem in the article in terms of a workers’ professional selection by the algorithm. The selection will determine the workers who are more usable to do their professional duty in railway transport operating conditions. Efforts are directed to substantiation and find a «safety» worker. The «safety» worker is a responsible, emotionally stable, with crisp response, physical man. He also has to be master of theoretical and practical skills. He must do his professional duty in any situation. The point to be emphasized is that the solution may use for the workers and for trainees of educational institutions. The lasts are candidates to be wire-man. The candidates who don’t pass professional selection for working on the railway transport will be provided with a job in less dangerous organization. But a cooperation mechanism of organizations, educational institutions and the candidates is necessary.

Abstract
In the present work, removal of hardness and strontium from synthetic wastewater by electro coagulation has been studied. Aluminum and steel electrodes have been used and removal efficiencies have been compared with respect to electro coagulation time, current density, pH, temperature and the chemical composition of solutions. The area of the working surface of the cathode is Sc = 176,6 cm2, the aluminum anode is Sai = 42,4 сш2, the steel anode is SFe = 49,5 от2. The distance between the electrodes is 2.9 cm. Electrolysis of the solution (V = 0.4 L) is accompanied by an increase in pH and temperature. As a result of electrochemical dissolution of the anode material and hydrolysis of Al3+ (Fe3+) ions, an amorphous precipitate of the coagulant metal hydroxide is formed in the solution, nitrates are reduced on the cathode and hydrogen is released. After 1015 minutes (pH > 9, t > 30 °C), a characteristic smell of ammonia appears. The constants of the rate of decrease in the rigidity of the Кдж, calculated on the basis of the experimental data, vary within the range of 0.009-0.131 min-1, depending on the anode material, the current density and the composition of the solution. In the electrolysis with the Fe-anode, the value Кдж = 0.051 min-1 (J = 28 mA/cm2), which is twice as high as in the electrolysis with Al-anode under the same conditions. The electrolysis solution, in which before the experiment was diluted NaHCO3, with an Al anode at J = 24 mA/cm2 for 30 minutes resulted in a nearly complete precipitation of Ca2+ and Sr2+ as carbonates by adsorption to aluminum hydroxides.

Abstract
Provides information on the development of an improved method of determining the forces in the tensioned cable elements own frequencies of transverse vibrations. The technique has been tested in the measurement of the tension of cable-stayed suspension Bugrinskiy Bridge in Novosibirsk and monitoring efforts in the cables during the construction of the bridge over the Irtysh River on the bypass of Pavlodar, Kazakhstan. Marked features of the technique and the analysis of the dynamic operation of cable elements in the bridge structures. To determine the natural frequencies of the suspension elements in the free vibration mode was applied tenzosensors and small-sized vibration sensors measuring complex "Tensor MS". The process of allocation of forms of natural oscillations of the suspension elements is automated. Analyzed parameters of cable elements vibration attenuation characteristics. Defined relative value of energy dissipation by the first three mode shapes of cable-stayed elements. To eliminate the random components in the frequency spectrum of the proposed use transform the original vibrogram based on autocorrelation. The algorithm for the selection and grouping of plots varying from "small effects" and background oscillations in individual vibrogram was worked out. Given the preconditions for the development of a new method of converting the original signal in the frequency range with the separation of the components. Offered to develop software to automate the process of identifying the actual effort in the cable elements. Justified the need to use the attenuation characteristics for structures with a wide frequency range total attenuation coefficient. Provided examples of application methods for both the diagnosis and in the organization of integrated monitoring system.

Abstract
Rigid joints possess some deformation capacity, and pin joints percipient a part of flectional moment. Numerous research works in this sphere reveal about it. There are a lot of framing schemes of steel framework joints, but there isn’t any information about their real bending stiffness. The investigation purpose is a definition of an influence degree of a datum node deformation capacity of the steel framework to force conditions in its elements. The framing scheme of the investigated datum node is closed non-rigid. Datum node consists of steel template on which the milled end of the column rests. Numerical studies of a flat steel frame, taking into account the datum node deformation capacity are recouped in the «LIRA-SAPR» software in a linear substitution. A datum node calculated rod model considering the bending stiffness of the steel template is suggested. The steel template is necessary simulated by three shanks. The central shank rigidity has to take on infinitude. It lengths has to be equal to column height. Two utmost shanks have to be simulated with the rigidity which is equal to the steel template. The lengths of the utmost shanks have to comply to distance between column plane and expansion-shell anchor bolts. In consequence of the investigation is established, that accounting of the datum node deformation capacity of the steel framework is leaded to decrease the moment at point of fixation up to 10 %. The datum node deformation capacity isn’t have a great impact to forces in other elements and frame joints. A frame deformation property is increased maximum by 4 % on the level of the first floor structure. Some recommendations on accounting of the node deformation capacity in the design of the multistory buildings frames are given.

Abstract
An important task of the manufacture of alumina ceramic substrates used in a hybrid integrated circuit is to obtain high-quality polished surface with a minimum number of defects such as pores and cavities, as well as reducing the sizes of defects. High-quality polished surface can be applied to substrate schemes with greater density of interconnect, to apply a more complex topology with resistors, reducing the weight and dimensions of the elements and band pass filters. In the article the choice of producing ceramic substrates by casting the slurry on a film, the original components of the ceramic slip, the stages of preparation of the slip, and technology of manufacturing of ceramic substrates are proved. Vacuum selected as the sintering atmosphere provides the most stable results. Ceramic samples sintered at different temperatures, were investigated to determine their basic physical and technical characteristics. The results of the analysis of the obtained data allowed determining the dependence of the number of defects of the polished surface of the substrate to the temperature of sintering in vacuum and the optimal mode of firing and the composition of the ceramic slip.

Abstract
Among the factors determining the quality state of the environment are noise and vibration. In cities where there is a subway, an additional source of noise and vibration are subway lines. The impact of vibration can adversely affect the condition of buildings, communications, the construction of the subway itself, as well as people living and working in the buildings located along the metro line. The purpose of this work is to determine the effectiveness of using a reinforced concrete under-rail base by the criterion of reducing vibration in a subway tunnel. The object of the study was the construct of the under-rail base in subway. The subject of the study is the intensity of vibration of track concrete with various designs of the under-rail base: typical with wooden sleepers, embeded concret sleepers with vibration-proof rubber gaskets and without them. To assess vibration levels for all three types of under-rail bases, the measurements were made of vertical acceleration of vibrations on track concrete during the movement of subway trains. The measurements were carried out with the help of a computer-measuring complex based on the equipment of the firm "Bruel & Kjsr". The analysis of the measurement results was carried out in octave bands. It was stated that the use of a embedded concret sleepers without vibration protection allows to decrease the overall vibration level of track concrete approximately a third of in relation to a typical design, and the use of a embeded concret sleepers with vibration protection leads to a decrease the total vibration level of track concrete by more than 5 times. It turned out that the use of rubber gaskets under the embedded concrete sleepers leads to an increase in the vibration level in the low-frequency range (0 - 40 Hz) with negligible absolute values.

Abstract
Ageing of bitumen is rather complicated physico-chemical process, in which there is a change in the group composition of the binder and, as a consequence, the physical and mechanical properties. Most intensively the processes of aging of the binder take place in the technological stages of preparation of asphalt concrete mixtures and structure of these coatings. In this time period, the bitumen in a thin film is located on the surface of the mineral material at high temperatures (150-170) °C and with free access of oxygen to it. In such conditions there are more favourable opportunities for the occurrence of chemical processes leading primarily to high viscosity of organic material. The consequence of this factor entails changes in technological modes of operation of the sealing equipment in the installation of asphalt layers of pavements. In the article the forecasting technique of the actual viscosity of the bitumen is produced, depending on the duration of the technological processes. Method of calculation represents the solution of a linear homogeneous differential equation. The initial data are the intensity factors of ageing of bitumen are dependent in turn on temperature and time factors of the individual process stages. The results of the developed technique is to assign the temperature conditions of the Park's rinks, depending on the species, type of asphalt mix and the actual viscosity of the bitumen in its composition. The obtained results allow to achieve a desired density of asphalt layers of coatings in the construction process, which will ensure the extension of the service life of the road.

Abstract
The design procedure of active and passive pressure of a ground on retaining walls is resulted in view of seismic influences. The power influence arising at earthquakes is expressed in the mass seismic forces having the inertial nature and determined depending on seismic acceleration. The decision of a problem on limiting pressure upon protecting walls is executed with application of a hypothesis about rectilinear lines of sliding. For this purpose settlement Kuhlman circuit is used. Formulas for calculation of limiting pressure upon a retaining wall are received by the direct decision of Kuhlman circuit. Thus the direction of seismic force is accepted horizontal. Influence of seismic force for different intensity of earthquakes on size of active and passive pressure of a ground is shown. Expressions for factors of active and passive pressure of a ground on retaining walls are offered to be used in practical calculations for seismic areas.

Abstract
The technique of stability diagram construction of the first type for homogeneous and non-uniform slopes is resulted. The diagram is under construction on the basis of the stability static analysis which is carried out by a simplex - method, and allows establishing areas of a safe, limiting and inadmissible condition of a soil mass concerning opportunity of its failure. For homogeneous slopes and slopes the diagram of stability of the first type is under construction in coordinates of ground durability parameters of specific coupling and a corner of internal friction. Accordingly, actual values of ground durability characteristics are answered by one of characteristic conditions safe, limiting or inadmissible. Thus the outline of sliding line is accepted as a logarithmic spiral. In case of non-uniform slopes the stability diagram of the first type is under construction in coordinates -position of a point of an output of a sliding line on a surface in the top part of a slope and the attitude of durability parameters virtual values to their actual sizes. Here the outline of a sliding line is accepted as an arch of a circle. The diagram of stability shows a condition of a slope on all its extent.
